Join us for a day at TusenFryd! The trip is for children in the parish and their friends, with shared bus transport from Kongsberg.

Programme
09:00: Mass at St. Barbara Church.
09:30: Departure from Kongsberg by shared bus.
11:00: You can also meet the group at TusenFryd.
18:30: Return to Kongsberg.
TusenFryd is open from 11:00 to 17:00.
What to bring
Bring your own food and drinks for the whole day, and dress for the weather.

Announcements in the Sunday bulletin
Building project at St. Barbara
Information about a diocesan fundraising campaign will be released soon. Parishes will identify their own projects to receive a share of the funds.
St. Barbara plans to improve the outdoor area to create more space and make it more attractive, and to provide more parking spaces.
The site inspection report and preliminary site plan are available to read in the parish hall.
Share your ideas for the parish hall
Please share your thoughts on the layout of the parish hall. We would also welcome ideas for making better use of the space and making coffee after Mass even more enjoyable.
Volunteers for a parish events committee
We would like to form a committee to plan parish celebrations and events throughout the year. Please contact Fr. Trym if you would like to help.
Interested in a group for the over-60s?
Please contact Fr. Trym if you are interested in joining a group for the over-60s with regular gatherings.
Confessions on Fridays
The priest is usually available for confessions from 17:00 on Fridays. Confession can also be arranged on other days, before or after Mass.
Leaders needed for the Confirmation retreat
A joint Confirmation retreat with Hønefoss and Lillehammer takes place at Skogstad on 16–18 October. With many participants expected, the leadership team needs around 20 volunteers over the age of 18 from the three parishes. St. Barbara should also contribute some volunteers.
