Confirmation preparation begins

There are no Masses at St. Barbara on 28 and 29 August because Fr. Trym is attending the Norwegian Catholic Youth national meeting at Mariaholm.

To enquire about late registration, contact the person responsible for your child's age group. Updated times, session dates and contact details are on the catechesis page.

The priest is usually available for confessions from 17:00 on Fridays. Confession can also be arranged on other days, before or after Mass.

A joint Confirmation retreat with Hønefoss and Lillehammer takes place at Skogstad on 16–18 October. With many participants expected, the leadership team needs around 20 volunteers over the age of 18 from the three parishes. St. Barbara should also contribute some volunteers.

The parish is travelling by car from St. Barbara to Larvik. Lunch follows Mass at St. Frans.
